Excellent part time opportunities have become available working for one of Europe’s leading Energy Providers in their prestigious offices located on the outskirts of Exeter.

These part time roles are based within the Energy Sourcing and Customer Supply branch in the large Residential department. These roles are on a long term temporary basis; therefore you must be able to commit to until January 09 initially.

duties

• Contacting existing customers to establish payment of outstanding amounts
• Advising existing customers on the best way to meet payments
• Amending customers records and keeping databases up to date
• To provide a customer focused service

key skills

• First class telephone manner
• Confident communication skills
• Accurate keyboard skills – inputting alpha and numerical information
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Strong ability to work as part of a team and be self motivated
• Enthusiastic

hours

Minimum requirement of 17.5 (13.5 by negotiation) hours per week.
Saturdays are fixed from 11.30 – 17.00. There is a choice of weekday evening shifts from Tuesday-Friday 16:00 – 20:00 (Ideally 3 week nights to be fixed once started (2 by negotiation).

pay rate

£6 per hour
