Responsibilities:
To respond proactively to customer requirements & communicate with other departments/teams on the continent.

The role will involve:
- To coordinate and follow up the process between the production & the customers
- To control effectively the delivery to the customers & reduce the costs
- To handle the general administration & update the European clients accounts
- To translate documents & meetings when required

Candidate's Profile:
Fluent in English, French & Italian, written & spoken
Additional European languages such as German would be a plus.
Excellent communication, confident telephone manners.
Computer literate (excel, outlook …)
A team player with an open mind and a positive attitude
Have a flexible approach and able to prioritise

Salary: Up to £19,500pa + Bens
(26 days holiday pro-rata + Pension + 8am–4.30pm Mon-Thurs/ 8am–1.20pm Friday)
