We are a small family living in Exeter St Thomas who are looking for a more rural location to bring up our 7 month old baby.
We would need to give our current landlord a months notice, but have full deposits and the first months rent available and can offer a reference from our current landlord.

Ideally we would like to pay no more than £650pcm exclusive of bills, but we have all of our own furniture.
