My Client in Seaton requires an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their brigade in a fish and seafood based restaurant. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant for both lunch and dinner service, supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the running of the restaurant and front of house operation.
