The current housemates are looking for one professional male or female who is friendly, considerate, and tidy, to be part of our houseshare.

The available room is double-sized (with 3/4 bed), furnished with wardrobe, cupboard/shelves, dresser, desk, chair. Sorry no pets, students, or smokers please.

Current housemates include three males, Matt, Scott (me) and Sergio, Matt is 21, Scott is 23 and Sergio...I'm not sure, but he's a nice bloke. The rent is £265 per calendar month for the room with a £200 deposit. Additional bills include council tax of approx £27 (paid to the landlord), and water, gas, electric, TV, telephone, and broadband (sorted and paid by the housemates).

The house is a furnished 4 bedroom terrace, with double glazing and gas central heating. There is a shared bathroom (including shower), extra toilet/sink room, kitchen (including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster), dining room, living room. There is decking, washing line and a garage at the back of the house.

The house is situated about 10 minutes walk from Polsloe Bridge and St James' Park train stations, 20 minute walk to Central Station, and near main bus routes. The walk into Exeter city centre is easy and 10-15 minutes. There is free parking on the street.
