I am a young professional female seeking same to share my lovely quayside apartment.
The flat is on the ground floor of a converted building of 4 flats.
Huge lounge with open plan kitchen.
Kitchen has gas oven/cooker, dishwasher, washing machine (no dryer) fridge/freezer and plenty of units, lovely granite tops. No microwave.
Wood flooring in lounge and kitchen and carpeted rooms.
Under-floor heating with individual climate control dials for each room.
Very spacious bathroom with bath and seperate shower.
Massive windows, double glazed, plenty of light.

Available room is a double with fitted wardrobe, equivalent to a 3 or even 4 door wardrobe but has sliding doors so it's space saving! This room is next door to the bathroom so, essentially almost an en-suite.

No couples sorry or DSS. Must be either working professional or will consider reliable student. Essential to be house-trained and respect the property! I don't like cleaning up after people : )
Room available on temporary basis at present with possibility of staying longer so please note you will be lodging.
