Production Manager required to organise and control production of a small but growing dried fruit processing business in Cullompton Devon.

Candidate should have strong personal skills, possibly an engineering background or at the bare minimum an aptitude for fixing machinery as we are a small company without full time engineering cover.

Tasks will include managing staff, organising production, complying with food safety and food standards within the work place.

Full CV's are invited.

Food hygiene certificates and a fork lift license an advantage.

Salary between £18 to £22k dependent on experience.
