2 or small 3 Bedroom House in Crediton or Within 2 Miles Wanted to Rent Please

Hi, I am at present renting a house in a village near Crediton. I am a carer for my Mum (who lives away from me in Crediton) - which means I do only work part time. BUT - I have 2 and a half years references for both rent and house condition. She is also my guarantor (of very high standing) - so no problems with the rent side of things. I have a golden retriever, and a daughter who is 14 and goes to QE school. Both are housetrained I hold a NCPLH, which means I am police checked for all sorts of things. I don't have to move from where I am, but I desperately would love to have an open fire or woodburner in my new rented house, I'm in a 3 bedroomed thatched cottage at the moment and can't light the fire, and I really miss it. Maximum rent £550/£575 per month. I don't mind even if it's a bit tatty, if I were allowed to paint some magnolia or something to tidy it up. Secure garden is a must because of the dog. If you have anything suitable, I would love to hear from you. I have to give one month's notice at my present house. Not just a winter let either, I would like to have at least 2 years if possible for my daughter to finish her school without another move.
