The room is available from the start of november, the housemates are looking for a friendly, laidback person male or female, thats also considerate to everyone living in the house. The 3 housemates are all male, Matt is 21, Scott 23, and Sergio 35. It is a no smoking house, and we're not alowed pets, and unfortunatly no students for council tax reason (unless you're willing to pay the council tax).

Ok so the fun details. The deposit is £250, rent is £265 a month plus council tax and bills, the bills are sorted out by the house mates. The water, gas and electric are paid quarterly and the internet and TV license once a month.

The house is located on Priory road, just off of mount plesent and is about a 5-10 minute walk to town, there is free parking on the road outside the house, and the house a pretty good view from the kitchen and the room thats going to be available.
