2 3 Bed property wanted in Teignbridge Torbay for musician mum

Hello there

I am a local musician currently going through a separation and am looking for a 2/3 bedroom child friendly house/flat in the Teignbridge/Torbay area for me and my very well behaved two year old son. Ideally the property would be a house in a quiet neighbourhood (or a rural area?) with a garden/play area for my boy, and would have a bathtub rather than a shower room. Central heating would be a bonus, as would a property in a village rather than a town, but am happy to check anything out at this point. I have a job in Newton Abbot so something within a 2/3 mile radius would be preferred.

We are in the process of selling our house so I am not sure when I would be able to move in as would need the profit from the house for a deposit and first months rent, but if all goes well possibly right before Christmas or just after the New Year.

Rent preferred would be between £500-575 and if you're interested in guitar or singing lessons maybe we could do a trade to bring the rent down a little?
