OTHER DUTIES:
· Petty cash
· Substitution for other team members - for example, monitoring cash flow, checking bank balances and, if necessary, transferring money between bank accounts
· Inputting budgets on to Sage
· Assisting in preparing month end management accounts
· Customer Service - answering general telephone calls - as and when needed.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Essential :
· Experience and knowledge of purchase ledger
· Experience of Excel spreadsheets and Word
· Good interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers, colleagues and internal customers
· Knowledge of Sage
