3 Bed house required for early november onwards

Hi, we're two mature professionals looking for a real home in central exeter, who come complete with deposit, advance, good references and a whippet / saluki cross dog ( no bother / mess / noise )
We're hoping to find a long term rental, in good order, with gas central heating, double glazing, and a nice little garden - a conservatory would be lovely but not essential, as would a proper ' sit - down ' kitchen, as we're both keen cooks.
We both need to give a months' notice to our current landlords.
We'd prefer somewhere unfurnished, but with white goods ie fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine in situ.
We're both genuinely nice, decent people, looking forward to finding somewhere lovely to call home for 12 months plus, and can go up to £700 pcm ( maybe a bit more ! )
