Hello there!

i'm on the look out for a little flat for myself in Exeter that i can move into, hopefully for some time, while i study for my PhD. I'm living in a shared house at the moment, and although i'm sociable and get on well with my housemates, i think i've now reached the age when i want somewhere i can keep tidy and have my privacy! :)

The flat could be furnished or unfurnished, but my main concern is that it needs to be reasonably priced - as on my PhD funding i don't have that much money! But in return for a lower priced flat, you would be getting a tenant who is responsible and keeps the place in good condition, as well as someone who would be interested in renting for up to 3 or 4 years...if it would be available that long and you would be happy with that!

Having a place inclusive of bills would be lovely and hassle free (i also don't need to pay council tax which is one less thing) but i can be flexible about that. However, i do need somewhere within walking distance of the town centre and university as i don't drive.

There's no rush to move out of my current place as such, and i do need to give some notice, but otherwise the sooner i hear from you the better!
