I have 3 Rooms to let in a nice area of Exeter with plenty of free parking and large garden.
All Rooms have just been decorated with a lovely modern taste and can come furnished or unfurnished, there are 2 Double and one single.
Shops, bus route, train route and beautifull gardens are all in the area to which are all within minutes reach.
These's rooms can be let out on friends all sharing house or single lettings.
Modern lounge and kitchen to be shared with a beautifully Bathroom wich has a very nice deep Tub (Bath) and also benifits with a single shower cubicle.
You certainly will not be disapointed on veiwing.
