----CHEF DE PARTIE REQUIRED FOR A BUSY COUNTRY HOTEL SET WITHIN 55O ACRES OF LAND----WORKING WITH A BRIGADE OF 5----EXCERLLANT OPERTUNITY----

Our client is a 56 bedroom 4 star hotel which boasts 550 acres of land, 6 Swiss Chalets and 2 Restaurants is now looking for a Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen division.

The Chef de Partie will be part of the brigade based in the Conservatory Restaurant. This is a 40 to 50 cover Restaurant which specializes in “High end light bights” for the Golfing aspect of the hotel and day visitors.

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the kitchen team and the hotel at all times, as well as keeping there working area clean and tidy, the Chef de Partie will reporting to the Head and Sous Chef.

The right candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and preferably have a background in Banqueting and Brassiere environments.
