An exceptional school in Devon is urgently looking to appoint an ICT teacher as soon as possible, to cover a maternity leave up to the Xmas holidays. The ideal candidate will hold the necessary teaching qualifications, have experience teaching ICT at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 and be in a position to take post immediately.

This is one of the largest single-site secondary schools in the country and has a very large sixth form. In its last Ofsted inspection (May 2009), it received Grade 1 in all categories. The inspectors reported the following that “this college is outstanding in all aspects of its work”, “exceptional leadership and management”.

It is a High Performing Specialist College, covering three specialist areas in sport, science and languages. It holds several other designations, such as accreditation as a Training college, as an International Baccalaureate World school and is a Leading Edge school. Its wide range of national awards includes Sportsmark and Artsmark Gold and International and Healthy schools awards.
