My client is a multi award winning property with an outstanding reputation for excellence. The 40 cover restaurant offers a seasonal, local menu of classical British cuisine and the extensive wine list offers the best of old and new world wines.

Due to their on going success they are now recruiting for full time waiting staff who come from a 4 or 5 star hotel with rosettes. The Restaurant Manager is looking for bright, professional and ambitious candidates who are want career opportunities within the luxury hotel market.

Salary £13000 + tips/service charge. Live in accommodation is available along with extensive staff benefits and generous holidays.
