Project Worker

Duties include:

- Preparing and updating all paperwork 
- Promotion of services
- Arrangement of meetings with clients and other agencies
- Supporting people to set and achieve goals Monthly or weekly evaluation and monitoring of both services Attendance at various service review meetings
- Attendance at local community mental health team premises to meet with care co-ordinators 
- Research and development of the services ensuring it is in line with local and national policy
- Supporting volunteers who are trained to help people with their recovery care plan



Skills required:

- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Empathy
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Ability to work in a team whilst taking responsibility for own workload
- Understanding/experience of mental ill health
- Good IT skills
- Patience
