What we are looking for:
Sous Chef

Food prepared needs to be of a high standard
Local produce
Fine dining
Any venue which holds weddings is ideal eg. Golf clubs, Good hotels, Large restaurants, Wedding venues.

Personality:
Must be able to work under pressure, and deliver good food at the same time, so good teamwork, good communication skills essential, must have an enthusiasm for cooking(this can be contagious and rub off on others!)
