We focus on defence rather than attack & train in a safe way. Costs are kept to a minimum & we will even offer you a MONTH'S FREE TRIAL to see if you like it.

Everyone welcome from 7 to 70, why not be in from the beginning of this new club? Everyone will be in the same position & the same grade. No experience neccessary - just come in casual clothes & train
