I currently rent a flat in St Leonards. My housemate has just moved to London so am looking to find someone who wants to rent a single bedroom for £80 a week inclusive of bills.
The flat has sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and study with internet access and a large walled garden.
I am a teacher in my 30s and enjoy a quiet life although do have friends round for dinner at the weekends etc.
