I've been cooking since I was Eight years old.
I've had my own writings/recipes published.
I only have 14 months commercial experience.. seasonal jobs, rosetted background.. BUT
I'm very good in a kitchen!
If you want a good cook, snap me up!
I don't mess about! My references will back this up.
I'm looking for work as of right now.
My last job was a full six month season as CDP in a very high numbers/high pressure fresh food restaurant Lunch service.

I'm sick of agencies doing nothing for me so if you are an agency, do not contact me.
