Young Couple Urgently Seeks Accomodation and Workshop Space

We are looking for a place to live with some space that we can use as a workshop, such as a garage or outbuilding, we have a cat and would love to have a garden for her to play in and to grow vegetables. Maybe you have some unused space on your farmland and would rather it was put to use, than sat there doing nothing.
We are a young couple recently engaged and to be married next spring/early summer and due to unfortunate circumstances we urgently require somewhere by the 6th of November.
We are friendly, reliable and trustworthy and would make perfect tenants. We would be willing to do some work on the property to make it habitable and would care for it as if it were our own.
We would be very, very pleased to hear from anyone who thinks they may have something to offer us.
