Lovely light double room available in friendly house-share in Dartmouth, South Devon. Room is currently furnished, but can be flexible. There are three bedrooms in total and currently it is all girls (around 30 ish) but not worried whether male or female, as long as clean and tidy.
Very close to town centre (5 mins walk) but in a quiet a friendly location. The house has got a quiet terrace / garden for sunny days.
RENT INC OF BILLS unless they go over a set amount. Very helpful and flexible landlord. House well looked after. Short term contract for first six months rolling over monthly after that.
Shared ares of the house are kitchen with large dining area, living room and bathroom (with shower and bath). There is a washing machine and the living room also has a log burner for the winter evenings.
Available any time after the end of September and ideally from mid October.
