Payroll Assistant. My client is looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their department on an initial 9-month contract to cover maternity leave. Working within a professional Payroll department consisting of 4 employees you will be responsible for:
Receiving HMRC coding notices and implement any changes.
Processing monthly salary adjustment forms and any post payroll amendments to pay.
Inputting monthly variable payment forms.
Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll papers to produce monthly payroll payment reports.
Producing reports for departments.
You will need to have significant experience of working within a similar environment as well as good working knowledge of Sage Payroll
