A lovely room with en-suite (shower, toilet, sink) is available in my flat to share with one other. The room overlooks the canal, where swans and ducks frequently float by. It is a very close walk to the Quay, the shops of St Thomas (post office, banks etc) and Marsh Barton (a close alleyway cuts right through to it). There is also garage space to store things (or your car if you want to work on it, normally my car will be in the garage). Plenty of on street parking. Wi-fi is available, I can even loan a laptop if you want to net-surf.

You will share another bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.

I'm a 30 year old male, very down to earth and reasonable, interested in all sorts including psychology, internet stuff, portrait sketching, films and music. I have a silly sense of humour and am very resourceful.

I am looking for someone decent at the end of the day, preferably a non-smoker.

Rent is £370 including bills, c-tax, broadband.
