Hi Guys

We have a room that is becoming available. The house is located in Mt Pleasant which is close to all local amentities. We have a costcutter 2 min away, 2 bars 3 min away, and a train station 5min away. The common area consists of a Lounge, Large open plan kitchen, Storage under the stairs, downstairs toilet , and a large rear garden with decking which is great for entertaining. The house has wireless broadband, Virgin TV, Double glazing and on the street but not resident permit parking.. The room on offer is upstairs and is a nice sized double room. The room would be suitable for a professional (friends are welcome all the time) Deposit and references would be required.

The house is fun and very homely but we are all young professionals. There are two guys and a female. The one guy works with disabled people and is the oldest but enjoys going to live music shows. The female works in a bar part time but is hopefully going to start working in a support role in Exeter working with homeless people. The youngest housemate is in recruitment and been in Exeter since January. He loves to hit the town and travel so can be away a bit with work or leisure.

All the housemates are fun and outgoing people. We have pride in the house and treat it as our home as it is. The house is fully furnished except for the room on offer but any homely goods or things you want to bring in are welcome. We are looking for someone who wants somewhere to call home. We are a close bunch and occasionally sit and have a bottle of wine together or cook meals.

We have signed a six month lease with an agency so you would be put on that. It will be expiring in December but we hope to extend it for another 6months or year depending. The rent is paid from a house account and all the bills are shared. The room is £250/CM and bills work out around £100/month so not bad for a lovely house, nice housemates and a lovely garden to BBQ in.
