This role is almost lead nurse level. One nurse has resigned and the company are looking for a suitable replacement. You will be working with a diverse group of nurses and will have to interact appropriately, sharing knowledge and developing professionally. High standards of nursing care are expected and you will need to be a team player as well as being able to act autonomously.
