Sous Chef with a background in banqueting / wedding functions required for this well established company who tailor make weddings in magnificent country house venues throughout the UK.

This role will be based close to Taunton (15 mins from M5 South), working 5 days out of 7 on a rota with a mixture of shifts (mostly straight shifts).

You will have high standards of service, presentation, experience with high volume banquets, excellent communication skills and be a great team player.
