I have finished my postgraduate studies and looking for a room in shared house or flat for short/long term in Exeter to rent as soon as possible. My budget is 300-310 £ pcm including bills. I have a lots of friends here and that's why I would like to come back (currently still living in Southampton). I enjoy hiking, going out with friends but also being at home and watching films. I don't smoke.
