We are a professional couple who need a holiday let / temporary let / lomg term if the property is right for us.

Areas considered- Kingsbridge / Ringmore / Bantham / South Brent areas -will consider Dartmoor forest (A38) property as long as it is no longer than 35 mins drive to Plymouth City Centre.

We have been rent /credit checked through Rent Shield / Marchant Petit -glowing references!

Criteria:

detached property ( cottage/ bungalow preferred)
open fire prefered but not essential
dog friendly ( too many landlords are not) - we can offer a pet deposit if required
open space
parking
2-4 bedrooms

We have a healthy budget so open to offers.

We would like to move in by Sunday 27th September.
