Automotive, Motor Trade Service Manager required in Cornwall.

£21k Basic, £26-29k OTE

40 Hours per week

Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced service manager to join a busy franchised dealership in the cornwall area. The ideal candidate must have experience in this role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for both Service and Bodyshop departments.

Working to targets, set on a monthly and annual basis, the successful candidate will be expected to not only meet but also beat these targets.

As the Service Manager, you will have the responsibility for managing and developing your team whilst ensuring that CSI levels reach and exceed targets.

The successful candidate will also have responsibility for using group systems to plan, forecast and report on results for the departments.

DMS knowledge is essential, ideally Kerridge; as is a positive team orientated work ethic.

Motor Trade experience is essential.
