Large double room to rent in Newtown, sharing terraced house with three twenty-something housemates. Room is on the 1st floor and unfurnished. The house has two bathrooms, two showers, shared sitting room and kitchen, small garden, washing machine etc. Close to corner shop, park, sports centre, cinema and 15 minute walk to the high street. We are sociable young professionals/postgrads, looking for someone of a similar age who is easygoing and friendly. Rent is £275 per calendar month, bills £75, so all in rent is £350 (cheap for the area!) It is an agency house so any prospective tenant will also have to pay an application fee to the letting agent (not sure how much this is, but can find out).
