Hridaya Workshop: A 3-day Meditation Workshop Retreat forThe Revelation of the Spiritual Heart

This workshop aims to create an experience most resembling a solitary retreat. The intention is to provide attendees with an opportunity to reach deep inner states of consciousness, intense aspiration for the Divine, and highly focused interiorisation for the awakening and blossoming of the soul, jiva-Atman. This method is a unique integration of Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, Tantra and Dzogchen.
This retreat is led by meditation master Claudiu Trandafir. For the last 7 years, he has guided this special retreat for thousands of participants across Europe. To support the retreat, complete Mauna (silence) will be maintained by all attendees. An atmosphere full of love and aspiration will be created in which participants can surrender to their real essential nature.
The cost of the retreat is £180 (£165), which includes accommodation and food. To ensure your place in the retreat reservations must be made in advance.
