Housing Assistant in Somerset required.

A large national Housing Association are currently experience growth with their Housing Management team. They have approached Hays to assist with recruiting a temporary housing assistant with a possibility of the post becoming permanent after Christmas.

You will be required to Liaise with Tenants via the telephone, logging any maintenance queries and liaising with the surveyors and external contractors. You will also be required to have experience with using, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
