Permanent Account Manager job based in Exeter.

My client is an established and reputable Insurance company based in Exeter. Having developed the company my client now services the commercial insurance needs of a variety of clients, from large organisations through the sole traders. They differentiate themselves from their competitors by providing a very personable and hands on approach, right from the initial enquiry, providing you with a dedicated account handler, through to follow up meetings specifically designed to the client's requirements.

They currently have a vacancy for an experienced account handler to join their team. You will need to have significant experience of working within a similar environment and be able to build long lasting relationships with clients. Working very closely with the sales team you will need to ensure that client's requirements are constantly met in order to provide outstanding levels of service.

You will need to build relationships with underwriters and be able to negotiate prices with insurance companies to enure that the client's receive competitive rates.
