The Company:
Working for one of the UK’s largest energy providers in their offices located on Exeter Business park.
The Department:
This role is working within the area of Major Business. The role involves a combination of administration and customer service based work.
Duties will involve:
Dealing with a high volume of calls
Updating and amending customer records using in house computer systems.
Provide a customer focused service.
You will be the first point of contact for account queries
Correspondence using MS Word and Outlook
Key skills:
Accurate keyboard skills – inputting alpha and numerical information.
A working knowledge of MS office applications including basic Excel, Word and Email is essential.
Able to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Initiative to solve problems.
Duration:
To start asap for at least 6 months (possible longer)
Hours:
9am- 5pm or 8am – 4pm
Rate of Pay:
£6.00 per hour
