As Head Chef, you will be involved in all aspects of the business, including staff development, recruiting and financial controls. This role requires not only a skilled chef but an excellent team leader who will assist our Executive Chef with the management of our Café Bar kitchen producing food of the finest quality at all times. Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
