Hello - I am a single lady (40's) looking for a clean, furnished single room for a short term let starting the 1st week of Sept for 5 weeks.

I will be studying at the Torbay English Language College and need a quiet space to live for those 5 weeks. I will be out all day but home in the evenings studying and preparing lesson plans etc. So I need a desk and internet connection.

I am allergic to pets and would prefer not to live with a smoker but am easy-going otherwise and will pay my rent upfront.
