An En-suite room to let in a large and spacious 4 bedroom bungalow. The room is fully funished, but can be taken out if necessary. You will have use of a large and fully furnished livingroom including a 50inch TV, kitchen and a large garden over an acre.
Location is between Silverton and Thorverton village, a 15 minute drive from Exeter. Also on a regular bus route.
No cats or dogs as there are two fussy cats that live there already, but hamsters, caged pets etc welcome.
Would be sharing with two proffessional females, one over 40 and one in her 20s.
