An exclusive conference and banqueting venue near Exeter is looking for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to join their existing team, as Conference & Banqueting Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the food and beverage involved in all functions, including budgets, financial targets and stock management. The role requires a hands on manager who will be responsible for the close supervision and training of staff as well as the recruitment and development of your team.

You will be spearheading a fantastic team and will be a point of contact for guests and also social events; you will have responsibilities for increasing the sales and growth of this prestigious venue.
