Recently refurbished to a high standard. The property is a listed building and so has lots of character and charm. New fully fitted kitchen to include fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Huge living room/dining area. Good size bedroom. Wonderfull views of countryside, lovely garden, which is maintained by a neighbour, so is just there for someone to enjoy. There is also parking for 1 car. Although the property has a country feel to it, it is very close to Newton Abbot and there is a bus stop at the end of the road for those that don't drive. The heating/water is Ecomony 7 and I have found this to be very inexpensive and is more than enough to heat the entire flat, even on the coldest days! The council tax band is also one of the lowest so is also inexpensive and the flat benefits from having its own septic tank so water rates are discounted. Really is a lovely flat. Sorry but no pets, smokers or DSS.
