We are looking for a Temporary Technical Repairs administrator to work on a busy helpdesk in North Devon. You will be required to take details and log incoming reactive repairs queries for housing stock. Log faults on a database and organise repairs to be carried out.

Faults include structural repairs such as leaks, faulty doors, windows etc.

You will need to give descriptions of the repairs that will be required to be carried out to the relevant contractor and follow up the jobs to a successful completion.

You will need to have experience within a call centre environment and have the ability to use various computer systems including Microsoft office (basic training on the in-house system will be provided).

It will be an advantage to have knowledge of the building and maintenance industries.
