Hi there, we are looking for a new lodger/flatmate to rent the 2nd bedroom in our house. My current lodger has sadly moved out as had been unable to find a job locally so we are hoping to find another friendly person to share with. The house is in a quiet street near the park and has a 'morning suntrap' courtyard garden. The bedroom is a medium size and is furnished with pine furniture. (Please note it has a single bed -this can be changed according to someone's needs) A broadband internet connection is available and included in the rent. The rent also includes the utility bills TV licence & Virgin XL package and Council Tax.
We also share the house with 2 cats, my partner who has a great sense of humour...needed because she works as an Adult Support Worker! I work locally as a Primary teacher and am looking for a non smoker, or at least someone who is happy to smoke in the garden!
We are fairly laidback and enjoy sharing our home with different people and having fun and varied conversations! We are happy to have a friendly chatty housemate or someone quieter and more shy...we are happy to share our home with the right person from near or far...our previous lodger was Hungarian and his language and shyness greatly improved whilst living here! You would be welcome to watch TV/DVD's downstairs or simply keep yourself to yourself in your room if you prefer! If a couple wish to move in the rent would be slightly higher to allow for increase in bills. If you are interested then please email me and we can arrange for you to view the room.
