Our client:
Our client is an international manufacturing company.

Main Purposes of role:
To process orders and to deal with customer queries.

The main duties include:
Handling customer enquiries by fax, phone or e mail
Liaising with other departments within the company
Checking order accuracy
Dealing with general administrative duties
Working with the team to achieve various other tasks as required

The Candidate:
Fluent in German & English – written & spoken.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Knowledge/understanding of export documentation is desirable.
Computer literacy (Microsoft packages)
Customer service / sales order processing experience is a plus
Well organised & attention to detail


The Salary:
£Negotiable depending on experience
