It seems like there are not many offerings this time of year...
I'm an absolutely mature person, studying at Exeter University.
I'm a native speaker of Italian, but I can speak English quite well.
Let me be clear:
* I don't smoke
* I don't make noise
* I basically never cook things that soil the kitchen... cause I like to keep it clean before I have to clean it!

On the other side:
* I don't tolerate smoke in the air I breathe
(but it's not a personal thing - I have lots of smoker friends)
* I don't tolerate noise, especially when I'm sleeping.

Basically, if you want to share a flat with me, we can be friends (of course) but apart from that you will barely notice me.

So, if you like not to be disturbed while you work / sleep / watch tv / whatever..., I think we could fit together very well.

Oh, and I need to park my car, possibly near the house / flat.

PS: I don't currently have a house / flat available for you, rather I'm SEARCHING for one :-)
