Two male students looking for a flat mate to move in at the beginning of the new academic year – end of September / beginning October.
One studying Law and the other a PhD in Finance. We are relaxed and sociable – outgoing whilst at the same time being focussed on our studies. Looking for a likeminded individual. We have recently moved into a 3 bedroom maisonette in the centre of Exeter.

Good location to sample Exeter city living – cultural as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. 20 min walk to Streatham Campus. Available room has good views over east Exeter, 15ft x 9 ft, including broad band. We have just moved in and so are in the process of furnishing the flat – the room will include a double bed, built in wardrobe , chest of draws, etc.

Rent is £375 per month, all inclusive. An admin fee of £120 is payable to the letting agents we used upon moving in, as is a month’s rent as deposit.
