Hi.

I am looking for a self contained studio/flat/annexe to rent for a minimum of 6 months.

I have been self employed for over a year now and have a good stable income. Even still my dad (hospital consultant) is willing to be a guarantor for the rent.

The property needs to be located within 5 miles of Topsham as this is where my work is based. Also would be useful to be east of the river ie lympstone, woodbury etc.

I have a deposit ready and am looking to move asap. I am 24 single & have no dependants. I'm clean, quiet, non smoking, no pets etc.
