Our housemate is moving out go travelling- we are looking for a professional or post-grad student to move in to our 2 bed top floor flat in central exeter.

Shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

We have a virgin tv, broadband, phone line, excellent shower & all the usual mod-cons.

We are a professional couple aged 28 and 29. I (Esme) work at the University and Glenn is a teacher . We are friendly, clean, tidy and sociallable. Equally we like our own space.

Rent is £300 per month plus bills. (council tax approx £40 per month, gas, electric & water approx £25-30 a month, virgin £8)

Permit parking is available.

We are renting through an agency so there would also be a set up fee for the tenancy agreement.

We are looking for someone for a minmum of 6 months.
