A stunning hotel in beautiful Devon is looking for an Assistant Sommelier to join their team, as an Assistant Sommelier you will be responsible for training and supervising junior members of staff, advising guests on their wine and menu choices, care and control of the product, assisting the Head Sommelier in all aspects of the wine and beverage operation and liaising with other members of staff. You will have the opportunity to live in and will receive a salary up to £16,500 per annum as well as tips expected to be in the region of £2,000 per year.
